Integra prepares a GreenPrint© for buildings – a proprietary Integra assessment of a building’s performance against industry standards, regulations and tenant expectations. 

The Integra GreenPrint© looks at all contemporary environmental aspects – energy usage, water consumption, emissions and air quality, air conditioning and even the impact of structures or internal layouts on the localised or broader building environment.

From this assessment, Integra, in consultation with owners, will design and implement a range of strategies and initiatives based on latest technologies that are tailored to achieve the appropriate balance between environmental and economic outcomes.
