Integra Services > Greenprint TM Services
Energy Efficiency Services
Nationally 12% of Greenhouse Gas Emissions (GHGEs) are contributed by the Commercial Building sector1, therefore Integra understands the importance of sustainability for this market especially for old and inefficient buildings.
GreenPrintTM COG (NEW)
COG is about making sustainability work by coupling innovative building management systems and our people - professional property, refurbishment and fitout project experts that have a thorough understanding of tenant behaviour when occupying a commercial space/building.
GreenPrintTM Light Assessment
Driven by the knowledge that 21% of Australia's Commercial Building sector GHGEs are attributed to Lighting2, Integra provide a GreenPrintTM Light Assessment to identify the current lighting for the tenancy or base building. Integra then offer solutions to improve lighting systems that dramatically reduce GHGEs therefore result in energy cost savings for the tenants and owners.
GreenPrintTM Carbon Foot Print Service
Integra's GreenPrintTM Carbon Foot Print service is ideal for building owners and tenants that want to know how much GHGEs their office space, building or portfolio of properties produces. This analysis uses government standards and will highlight different sources of GHGEs of the area as well as the total average for a year, quarter, or month. Armed with this information our customers are able to make informed decisions about how best to reduce their GHGEs. This will become increasingly important as we enter the Carbon economy.
